We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service/Collections Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, contacting customers to collect overdue payments, and resolving billing issues while maintaining positive customer relationships. *Be able to assist in other departments when needed.<br>
