            <description><![CDATA[Our client makes fan fold foam insulation and is located in Prospect with two locations down the street from each other. They have 45 employees between the two facilities. They are seeking<strong> </strong>candidates with a background in manufacturing to work as a <strong> Machine Operator </strong>in the molding and expansion department.<br>

&#9;<li>Operating the molding and expansion machines.</li>
&#9;<li>Inspects in process plus the finished products.</li>
&#9;<li>Troubleshoots machine or quality issues.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintains documentation and performs administrative tasks relevant to plant operations.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensures work area is manitained and in order and is free of items, carts and machinery not in use to mitigate any safety hazards.</li>

<u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
&#9;<li>Prior warehouse/labor environment experience.</li>
&#9;<li>Mechanically Inclined.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have machine operating background, in molding, expanding or CNC experience a plus.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have machine setup and manipulation background.</li>
&#9;<li>&nbsp;Forklift Experience a plus</li>
