Warehouse Office Clerk - 1st shift

Office administrative support needed to print reports, organize data and follow up daily with the Director of Distribution. Most of the reporting are simple print and file tasks. However, there is a need for some experience with Excel tracking and basic formulas.
The position also requires some phone work; calling new applicants and setting up meetings.
- HS diploma preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bi-lingual a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, ask for direction and work under pressure
- Ability to maintain a punctual work schedule
- Must be proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same time
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
