Our client, a leading SaaS and healthcare payment technology company, is currently hiring a Technical Conversion Specialist  to join their team! In this role,  you will provide in-depth set-up and training services, using advanced functional knowledge, and advanced product expertise to manage implementations consistent with the payment processing and software. You will also perform scheduled technical set-ups, merchant training and support services over the phone. 

This is an immediate opening that can start before the new year and the ideal candidate will have a background in IT related field working with computers and various servers, browsers, security software, etc. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level professional to transition into their career with a fast growing company that promotes a culture that serves to empower and motivate employees beyond the standard corporate rhetoric. 

Job Duties
  • Responsible for complete technical set-up, configuration, and training of Practice Management Bridge to existing Rectangle Health clients.
  • Navigate a variety of PC environments to effectively and timely deploy payment software
  • Deliver complete and personalized training to each client based on client' s technical knowledge and skill level
  • Adhere to daily schedule; meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects at once 
  • Manage change and client expectations effectively 
  • Effectively and timely communicate technical challenges to management team for fastest resolution
  • Properly and thoroughly document interactions and maintain communication records in CRM
  • Educate customers via phone on conversion process
  • Work with internal partners and customers to schedule conversions
  • Answer all inquiries and follow up with customers within appropriate time frames
  • Work with management to provide customer specific solutions during conversion process
  • Demonstrate new platforms remotely for customers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree IT, or in a related discipline
  • 1 year experience in IT related field
  • Good technical understanding of Windows OS, servers, remote desktop set-ups, thin clients, various browsers, security software (firewalls), general software
  • Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred 
  • Technical remote support experience is preferred
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations 
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred

Compensation
$55- $57K/ year
401k match up to 3%
