At Staff Works Inc., our Staffing Sales Representatives are the hunters that find new clients and provide them with a superior buying experience. We are searching for a qualified individual to add to our team, and to provide excellent customer service and the support we' ve become known for over the last 30+ years. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. You are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.

This role is a base salary + commission.
Salary ranges from $50, 000-$85, 000 depending on experience and network.
We offer 401k match, medical, health, 3 weeks PTO and a hybrid work environment

Objectives of this Role:
- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction
- Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers
- Learn customers' needs and wants and personalize sales process to identify opportunities and provide a staffing solution to address them
- Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals
- Work as a team player in all aspects of the business and contribute to a positive working environment
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Engaging new customers through targeted prospecting and business development efforts
- Maintain updated knowledge on staffing trends and the regional market
- Manage end to end sales process
- Leverage CRM to manage and track all sales activities
- Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with solutions to meet their talent needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close new business
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of commission sales experience
