Sales Manager
Job Description
Our client is a roofing and siding company with a large team of about 115 employees. They have a great family orientated environment as they have been family owned and operated for 90 years! Their team is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their sales team. The candidate they are seeking will be doing in store sales at one of the local Costco's here in CT. They have the power of creating their own schedule and working part time hours!

- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of outside lead generators
- Build and manage weekly schedules and field assignments
- Motivate and coach the team to meet or exceed lead goals
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable
- Track lead quality and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist in the field as needed to support and guide the team
- Represent the DiGiorgi brand with professionalism and integrity
- Experience in in-store lead generation, door-to-door marketing, canvassing, or outside sales
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Organized and able to manage schedules and performance metrics
- Willingness to work in the field and lead by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay Rate:
$24-$28 Hourly
+ Commissions
+ Gas Reimbursement
Schedule:
Mon - Fri
8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (Can vary slightly week to week)
