StaffWorks is hiring a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing staffing and workforce solutions team. This is an entry-level sales opportunity with hands-on training, strong earning potential, and clear career advancement.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • $45, 000 –$65, 000 guaranteed base salary (based on experience)

  • Aggressive, uncapped commission structure –your performance directly drives your income

  • Top performers can earn $85, 000–$120, 000+ annually

  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

  • Fast-track promotion opportunities tied to results —not tenure

This is a high-reward sales role for competitive, goal-oriented professionals who want control over their income. There is no commission cap and no ceiling on growth.
What You'll Do

  • Prospect new business through calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing

  • Identify client hiring needs and present staffing solutions

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and account support

  • Track activity and opportunities in CRM

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

  • 0–2 years of sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

  • Organized with basic computer/CRM skills

  • Desire to work in a commission-based sales environment
