  Inside Sales Coordinator/Customer Service 
Working under the supervision of the Sales Manager, this position works as direct support to the Outsides Sale Team and the Inside Sales Team to drive sales and satisfy customer' s needs.  
Clearly understands and promotes company  vision and core values to all staff. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use various sources (including but not limited to internet, newspapers, town halls, word of mouth, etc.) to Client and record leads for potential projects
• Develop and maintain a system for organizing, tracking and reporting leads, quotes, and project information
• Provide accurate and timely reporting for leads, quotes, bids and opportunities.  
• Update and maintain customer database to ensure accurate and complete information
• Communicate leads and information to the appropriate sales person
• Obtain and record information from sales people regarding status of leads. Quotes, projects and other opportunities
• Enter quotes and orders
• Follow up with customers regarding leads or quotes as required
• Support sales personnel by emailing, mailing, faxing or otherwise communicating quotes, literature, invoices and other sales or marketing materials to customers
• Communicate orders and other pertinent information to dispatch and operations personnel as needed
• Co-ordinate with Accounts Receivables to ensure proper information is gathered during the sales process in order to limit collections and receivables liabilities
• Provide regular reporting on past sales, and future sales, for use by sales personnel and for use by operations personnel.  
• Work with the Sales Team to ensure that the defined sales process is followed for each customer
