Sales Admin, CSR Manufacturing - Music Industry!
Job Description
Our client is a family-owned market leader in the design and manufacturing of reusable shipping cases for the music, aerospace and medical industries. With headquarters in Connecticut, as well as manufacturing in Texas and California, we are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Admin to assist the inside sales and design departments with expediting quotes and orders.
Pay:
$20-22/hr

Previous work in manufacturing/industrial industry as a Customer Service or Sales Support Administrator
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Schedule:
8: 30-5, Monday through Friday

Essential Job Functions:
Sales Support:
- Provide complete and accurate documentation to customers regarding quotes and order inquiries in addition to the sales and design team.
- Assist customers with product inquiries using company provided tools and procedures.
- Distribute literature, both hard and electronic copies, to Reps, Sips, Dealers and Customers.
- Input leads from websites and other marketing tools into the company Apptivo CRM system.
- Interact with customers and sales staff to assist in on-time delivery of products. Research re-orders, retrieve invoices and customer plans on file from company database.
- Update customer database as per company guidelines.
- Assist in the coordination of three to five shows per year;show dates, registration, booth supplies including carpeting, electrical, badges, curtains, signage, equipment, furniture, and insurance.
- Assist in the processing of show leads into Apptivo CRM program.
- Provide support during absence of accounting personnel.
- Enter invoices into MS Dynamics as needed.
- Confirm tax rate, rep number, and verify customer PO matches company sales order.
- Print invoices;distribute and file.
- Process credit card charges.
- Confirm sales orders include assigned rep number.
- Email invoices to customers.
- Confirm sales order pricing matches customer purchase orders.
- Document employee vacations once confirmed with management.
- Assure president has signed off on vacation requests should more than one week is requested .
- Manage office supplies as well as sales and marketing material.
- Update president of employee milestones with company, i.E. Birthdays, company anniversaries and other noteworthy events.
- Manage and update vacation board to keep office staff up to date with fellow employees'schedules.
Previous work in manufacturing/industrial industry as a Customer Service or Sales Support Administrator
