Job Description

Our client is a construction general contractor with a focus on healthcare and life sciences that operates throughout Hudson Valley, NY and Western Connecticut. To support growth, they are adding an additional Project Coordinator to the team!

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
  • Support the project team in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Maintain project documentation and files, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist with project coordination tasks, including submittals, RFIs, and purchase orders
  • Schedule and attend project meetings, as needed
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty management
  • Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed on site
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working for a commerical construction company in a support capacity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or project management software
Compensation & Benefits:
$40, 000 - $52, 500 annual salary

This is a Monday - Friday, in office role. 8-4 schedule
