Job Description
Duties:
This position is responsible supporting the President/Owner with various administrative tasks. For example, they will be joining all development, sales, & implementation meetings to learn and take notes and actionables. They will work alongside other leaders to communicate project deadlines and execrations and keep everyone informed and working cohesively. As the position grows and develops, they will leverage their interests and what they do well to explore other avenues within the company. For example, a previous PCA has taken their interest in data analytics and have move into the quality department to assist with corrective analysis. This role is administrative in nature and career pathing revolves around the candidate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor' s Degree in related STEM field preferred
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas)

Shift:
This is a 32 hr per week role for the time being due to COVID. Monday through Thursday 1st shift with occasional Friday 1/2 day as business permits.
