Job Description

We have a customer that specializes in electro-hydraulic controls and is hiring a Project Collaboration Assistant. This company is family owned and has been in business for over 50 yrs  with 200+ employees here in Connecticut. On site, they do manufacturing, electronic assembly, PCB design and have an engineering team of over 35 people! The Director of Engineering has been with the company for over 20 yrs and they have a very tenured overall staff averaging close to 15 yrs, which is a testament to their culture and consistency.

This position is responsible supporting the President/Owner with various administrative tasks. For example, they will be joining all development, sales, & implementation meetings to learn and take notes and actionables. They will work alongside other leaders to communicate project deadlines and execrations and keep everyone informed and working cohesively. As the position grows and develops, they will leverage their interests and what they do well to explore other avenues within the company. For example, a previous PCA has taken their interest in data analytics and have move into the quality department to assist with corrective analysis. This role is administrative in nature and career pathing revolves around the candidate.

Bachelor' s Degree in related STEM field preferred
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas)

This is a 32 hr per week role for the time being due to COVID. Monday through Thursday 1st shift with occasional Friday 1/2 day as business permits.
