Production Associate - 1st shift
Job Description
Our client makes fan fold foam insulation and is located in Prospect with two locations down the street from each other. They have 45 employees between the two facilities. They are seeking entry level Production Associates across multiple shifts. Production associates typically start out material handling and then can advance their skills by being cross trained in multiple areas including machine operation, warehouse and forklift.

Schedule (Multiple options):
7: 00 AM - 5: 30 PM Tues - Fri (4 day work week)
7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM Mon - Fri (5 day work week)

- As an entry level person, this role will cross train so you learn a variety of skills across 6 different operational areas
- 4 day work weeks! (10 hr shifts)
- Medical benefits: company covers 65%
- Will be performing various tasks with the insulation pieces including but not limited to material handling, stacking, cutting.
- Eventually could be responsible for expanding, which is a process of applying a steam to the Polystyrene beads to grow them.
- Will learn how to drive the forklift they provide forklift training!
- Applying wallpaper, also working on the laminator line.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior warehouse/labor environment experience
$16.50 Hourly
