Job Description

Our client is a premier personal injury attorney located in Insurance Area. They have one office where most of their staff works directly on site. They have roughly 35 employees mixed between attorneys, paralegals and support staff. They currently have a large influx of cases and are seeking temporary paralegal support for a duration of 2-3 months with an opportunity to become a permanent full time employee if the workload remains steady. Responsibilities
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and demand packages
  • Track deadlines, maintain case files, and assist attorneys with trial prep

Qualifications
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of personal injury or litigation experience on the plaintiff side.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with medical records, liens, and insurance claims
  • Proficiency with case management software Filevine and Microsoft Office
Pay Rate
$27-$30 Hourly

Schedule
Mon - Fri
9: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
