Job Description

Our client is a premier precision sheet metal fabrication shop They have a 45, 000 sq ft in Naugatuck that employs 75. Their components support an incredibly wide variety of products ranging from ice machines, x ray machines, bridge parts and more. They are currently seeking a Pem Inserter to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for running the pem insertion machine.
Setting up and operating the weld stud gun machine to perform proper spot welding.
Performing basic QC to ensure parts are put together properly.

Qualifications:

Previous Pem experience.
Previous spot welding experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Pay Rate:
$18-$20 Hourly

Schedule:
Mon - Fri
Flexible Start and End Time within an 8-10 hour day. (4 AM ideal start time)
