Office Admin
Job Description
Our client makes fan fold foam insulation and is located in Prospect with two locations down the street from each other. They have 45 employees between the two facilities. They are currently seeking an experienced Office Admin for a temp assignment that will last anywhere between 3-6 months!

7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM

- Filing, printing, and labeling.
- Reviewing Driver and warehouse Paperwork.
- Answering phones and door intercom.
- Checking in carriers, validating paperwork.
- Packing samples for shipment.
- Reviewing freight bills.
- Data Entry into Excel of other systems.
- Reviewing incoming small packages and validating packing lists.
- Will also go to the production floor to communicate with supervisors and managers.
- Microsoft word, excel, and outlook experience is required.
- Experience with basic data entry and managing files.
- Strong typing skills to get work done quickly.
- Previous manufacturing office admin experience is a plus but not required!
$20 Hourly
