What You'll Do:

Cut, trim, and sand carbon fiber materials
-
Assist with the assembly of boat components using molds
-
Work with epoxy adhesives following safety guidelines
-
Use hand tools, utility knives, measuring tapes, and DA sanders
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or production experience required
-
Composite or carbon fiber experience is a plus, but not required
-
Willingness to learn and be trained
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials throughout an 8-hour shift

Reliable transportation to New Haven, CT
