Job Description

Growing business, state of the art facility, clean environment, STRONG PAY! STRONG GROWTH OPPORTUNITY! Hiring for 1st Shift in the Material Handling Department!

Pay Rate:
$19.50

Responsibilities:
  • Performs various material handling duties within the facility.
  • Manually loads raw material or finished product on skid, hand truck or forklift.
  • Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.
  • May be required to clean up and dispose of scrap, cardboard boxes etc. And places in proper containers or designated areas.
  • Required to move incoming and outgoing product as required.
  • Required to move to production areas, boxes, bags, etc. To support production
  • Required to weigh and log incoming jobs to department.
  • Required to log operations closed upon moving of product to next area of manufacture on GUI.
  • Moves material, product, etc. To designated queue areas.
  • Maintains adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards
  • Observes company processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • May be required to assist or otherwise instruct other personnel.
  • Performs other duties as may be required.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job
Education / Experience
  • High School graduate or demonstration of equivalent skills
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Forklift operation skills.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions

Schedule:
1st shift 6-2: 30pm
