Machine Operator III 1st Shift Openings
Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating a variety of machines, and ensuring they are running properly.
- Operating/monitoring machines including heat set equipment, laser engraver, dot matrix engraver, laser welder, press, assembly equipment, primary & secondary presses, fourslide forming equipment, riveters, fixtures,
- Working to quality specifications may inspect parts off machinery to insure parts are running to quality standards.
- Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements.
- Use and understand principles of quality control responsibilities.
- Alert to deviation changes-may be required to use Q.C. Tools.
- Maintains production records and quality records.
- May be required to set-up gauges.
- May be responsible for packing duties, receiving packing instructions and insuring packaged materials are properly labeled.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions.
- Manual dexterity to operate machinery for precision work.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds of objects from a low to higher position.
