Machine Operator III (Fourslide) 1st Shift
Job Description

Pay Rate:
$20-$22 Hourly

- 15 days PTO in year 1 once perm!
- Strong benefits and 401K plan.
- Ability to cross train in different areas and truly grow within the company.
- Operate heat set equipment, laser engraver, dot matrix engraver, laser welder, and press.
- Utilize assembly equipment, presses, fourslide forming equipment, riveters, fixtures, and gages etc.
- Working to quality specifications may inspect parts off machinery to insure parts are running to quality standards
- Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements.
- Use and understand principles of quality control responsibilities.
- Alert to deviation changes-may be required to use Q.C. Tools.
- Maintains production records and quality records.
- May be required to set-up gauges.
- Performs basic machine maintenance functions
- Previous Machine Operating Experience.
- Able to life 35 pounds unassisted.
- Physical dexterity to move products as needed.
