Machine Maintenance Electronics Technician
Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer of labels, stickers, and security/authentication solutions. They are an excellent company to work for with strong benefits and a team of about 35-40 employees who all have very long tenures. For many of the employees it's the last place they work before retirement! Their products go into a wide variety of industries. They use various materials including paper as well as their own version of 3M to make their products. They are currently seeking a Machine Maintenance Electronics Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
$30-$35 Hourly
Schedule:
Mon - Fri
7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Create and close work orders in the COGZ System, Maintain Equipment Files.
- Maintain/Repair/Upgrade Narrow Web Presses and Auxiliary Equipment for functionality.
- Perform PMs on all equipment listed in COGZ and prepare/post/file Operator PM’s.
- Maintain Machine Guarding, Safety Equipment, Wiring, Air Lines and Machine Covers.
- Light Machine Shop work to fabricate or to make, fix or replace worn or broken parts using Lathe, Milling Machines and other Shop Equipment.
- Will need to perform some building maintenance and assist with building upgrades and repairs.
- Must have machine electronic troubleshooting experience.
- Some mechanical experience.
- Must have experience with cogz or similar software.
- Knowledge of DC Drives and controls.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to use testing equipment and tools.
- Ability to become familiar with different systems on multiple pieces of equipment.
$30-$35 Hourly
