Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Vacuum Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining swimming pools using vacuum systems and other tools. Your duties will include removing debris, ensuring water clarity, checking filtration systems, and assisting with basic pool maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and automatic pool vacuum systems to clean pool floors and walls

Skim pool surfaces and remove leaves, debris, and other contaminants

Inspect and clean pool skimmer baskets and pump baskets
-
Monitor and adjust chemical levels (chlorine, pH, etc.) when needed

Assist with water testing and log chemical readings

Identify and report any damage, malfunction, or safety issues
-
Communicate with clients and team members professionally and clearly

Maintain pool cleaning equipment and tools

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in pool maintenance or janitorial/cleaning services is a plus

Basic understanding of pool filtration and cleaning systems

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if travel is required)

Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures
