As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Removing products from overhead conveyor lines
-
Assembling cartons and placing products, trays, cradles, scoops, and gaskets into packaging
-
Applying gaskets using a glue machine
-
Stacking cartons on pallets for shipment
-
Operating packaging-related equipment such as taping machines, glue machines, riveting tools, pallet lifts, and automatic carton erectors
-
Visually inspecting products and packaging materials for defects
-
Reporting quality or safety concerns to a lead or supervisor immediately
-
Assisting with job setups and changeovers as needed
-
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Participating in training and continuous improvement programs (7-S)
What We’re Looking For

Minimum of an 8th-grade education
-
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
-
Ability to lift, carry, or move materials weighing up to 25 lbs
-
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-
Ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse backgrounds
-
Strong commitment to safety and quality
