Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

Must be able to identify potential new clients and target accounts
Leverage Social Media platforms as a business tool
Identifying key individuals in the target accounts
Develop sales opportunities from inbound calls and inquiries
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling to our qualified database of sales contacts. This will include generating requests for product demonstrations
Leverage marketing efforts and systems to gain interest in Client Company' s systems
Pre-qualification and development of sales inquiries (from exhibitions, emails, website), including arranging demonstrations/appointments for our field sales team
Conducting follow-up and obtaining feedback from customers and opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contact targeted organizations by telephone in order to provide information about products
List-building by researching accounts to identify decision-makers and generate future interest
Appropriate professional follow-up via email and written communication
Maintain accurate and current information in the CRM database
Adjust sales pitch to better target the needs and interests of prospective clients
Clearly and effectively communicate the advantages and benefits of our products
Learn to promote and create interest in products and services to new and existing customers
Achieve targets set on a consistent basis


Minimum of 2 years' experience with high volume outbound calling – ideally, but not exclusively within a technical environment
A bachelor' s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, sales or a related area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great listening skills
Outstanding computer skills and the ability to master new software quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Be precise, detail oriented, methodical and meticulous
Be outgoing and friendly with a high energy level
Team player able to work with colleagues as part of a successful team
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a positive attitude
