Job Description

Front Desk/Receptionist for $18-$19 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is the first point of contact for the company and provides a range of administrative and support services for the business. In addition, this person will provide support to organizational staff and sales team efforts for various administrative functions.
 
  1. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
    • Receptionist Responsibilities:
      • Directs callers and visitors to the appropriate points by respectively greeting and announcing visitors along with screening phone calls.
      • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
      • Oversee and vet emails coming in from [email protected]
      • Ensures building safety and security by monitoring logbook / issuing visitor passes.
    • Administrative Support and Services
      • Coordinates weekly calendar of office/lab personnel.
      • Assist with mailing/shipping for staff members.
      • Reviews, scans, and files batch sheets from Production Lab as needed.
      • May perform other administrative support tasks (as needed)

None
 
  1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certifications and /or licenses:
High school education with at least 3 years'experience providing administrative office support at a high level, Associate Degree preferred

Experience:
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred but not required
