Manages the maintenance and operation of one or more facilities or properties.
Responsible for the facility management program including day to day maintenance, preventative maintenance and equipment life-cycle requirements.

Manages the facility space for maximum efficiency, suggesting areas for improvement.
Plan and manage facility central services such as security, cleaning, landscaping, catering/vending, waste disposal and parking. Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness, negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving. Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
Advise on and monitor energy efficiency.
Responds to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
Provides prompt response to requests and issues from Employees.
