Job Description
Our client is a Construction firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences interior construction supporting clients in the Tri-State area. The firm is continuing to grow and are looking to add to a team that already consists of about 15-20 employees. They are seeking a Estimator with previous experience in healthcare or life sciences construction!

- Oversee project inquiries, evaluate technical issues, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Build a diverse team of Estimators and support staff, ensuring effective project delivery and risk management.
- Utilize advanced skills in plans and specifications estimation, quantification, value management, client-facing interactions, contract awareness, market knowledge, and pre-construction processes.
- Contribute to sustainable design concepts and communicate environmental benefits to clients.
- Create work plans, manage project progress, and ensure completion within established budgets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
- Manage major and complex projects, including delegation of work and review of others'work product.
Qualifications:
- Essential experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
- Proven track record with 3+ years of construction estimating.
- Over 3 years of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Blue Beam + Microsoft Softwares.
