Job Description
Our client specializes in electro-hydraulic controls and is hiring an Electronics Technician to add to their electronics and mechanical departments. This company is family owned and has been in business for over 50 years with 200+ employees here in Connecticut. On site, they do manufacturing, electronic assembly, PCB design and engineering.
Selling Points:
$18.00 - 22.00/hour D.O.E.
Shift:
7am - 4: 30 pm, Mon - Thurs, 7am - 11 am Friday (some OT)

- Troubleshoots, to the component level, analog and digital electronic circuitry on both production failures and returns from customers
- Builds and maintains test equipment and fixtures for Production and Engineering Departments
- Writes product test procedures
- Tests prototypes and new products
- Performs tests in support of Engineering staff
- Evaluates and repairs returned goods and writes failure descriptions
- Provides technical support for Production Department test personnel
- Performs other duties as directed
- Ability to apply principles of analog and digital electronic theory
- Basic computer software application skills
- Capable of writing concise, coherent failure descriptions
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
$18.00 - 22.00/hour D.O.E.
Shift:
