  • Handle customer calls for sales orders or other customer service related purposes
  • Prepare sales order documents, including ascertaining truck rates from pre-approved carriers
  • Communicate customer shipping instructions to appropriate warehouses
  • Ensure that COA's are provided to customers
  • Process domestic, Caribbean and Canadian orders 
  • Update customer profiles with relevant information with approval from manager 
  • Ensure that invoicing is done in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform any administrative functions necessary, including but not limited to filing, scanning, and/or archiving of order related documents
  • Assist with updating desk procedures, written work instructions, and/or check lists with approval from manager
  • Support all sales related initiatives 
  • Participate in Quality Management and other process improvement programs
  • Perform other functions as directed by Supervisor or Management 


  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computers overall
  • Detail oriented 
  • Pleasant demeanor 
  • Takes direction well
  • Quick learner
  • Must be reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated
