Customer Service Representative & Scheduler
Job Description
Our client is a local HVAC and plumbing company located in Ansonia, CT. They are a small family owned business with 33 total employees and are continuing to grow. They have an office staff of about 10 employees in a spacious environment, they are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join their office staff!
Selling Points:
Schedule:
Mon - Fri (full time, flexible start time between 7AM - 9AM)
Pay Rate:
$21 - $24 Hourly

- Paid lunch.
- 401K matching 3%.
- Dental, life, and health 80% paid health.
- 5 sick days + 5 PTO days in the first year.
- Opportunity for some commission to be earned through successful outbound calls.
- Answering inbound phone calls, from current customers.
- Making outbound phone calls to former customers.
- Creating work orders for service calls.
- Schedule and coordinating all service calls as calls are received with dispatcher.
- Office filing and faxing of documents.
- Maintain customer database information utilizing CRM software called Titan.
- Track technicians daily through GPS to inform customers when their technician will arrive.
- Track recommendations for service department and make follow-up calls.
- Answer phones for service department when necessary.
- Fairly computer savvy, will be utilizing softwares to complete customer calls and log/track all notes and points of the conversation.
- Strong previous customer service experience.
- Previous sales or outbound dials is a big plus!
