Technical Service Coordinator –Electronics Manufacturer
Fairfield/New Haven County line | $22–$26/hr + Bonus | M–F, 8–5

Join a growing electronics manufacturer (35 employees) that designs and produces precision switches, levers, and buttons used across industries. We’re looking for a Technical Service Coordinator with a technical background who enjoys problem-solving and supporting customers, distributors, and reps.
What You’ll Do

  • Handle ~10–15 calls & 25–30 emails daily (orders, product questions, delivery updates).

  • Work with engineering, IT, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Manage order entry & documentation with accuracy.

  • Use product knowledge and training to guide customers on specifications.
What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years customer service (manufacturing/electronics/technical preferred).

  • Ability to understand basic electrical concepts (voltages, components, etc.).

  • Technical background in electronics, mechanics, or engineering a strong plus.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office;ERP experience (Oracle or similar) helpful.
