Customer Service Bilingual
Job Description
Our client is a cardboard packaging manufacturer located in Newtown! They have a new ownership team who is looking to grow this business longterm and provide great stability. They are seeking a customer service rep to join their office staff!

- Helping build the customer base.
- Responsible for looking over the needs of the office and ordering products for the staff as needed.
- Accurately logging all information required into their systems.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous software experience (this company uses amthek)
- Needs to be Bilingual English and Spanish speaking
