Job Description
Our client, a leading SaaS and healthcare payment technology company, is currently hiring a Client Coordinator to join their team! This person is responsible for supporting current clients of theres to help them transition their technology to the new and updated platform.
Primary job duties:
- Heavy outbound and inbound phone and emails from current clients
- Goal of moving clients through the conversion process
- Manage and document all activity through Salesforce CRM
- Act as a coordinator and scheduler
- Know and educate on updated general features of the new platform
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with teams and clients
- Loves being on the phones and helping others in a high-volume customer service environment
- Has fantastic customer service skills
- Is patient and caring
- Has exceptional work ethic
- Is able to work autonomously with little oversight
- Has experience with Salesforce CRM or similar technologies a plus
- Confident using Microsoft Suite
