CNC Lathe Machinist
Job Description
Join a high-tech aerospace manufacturer known for precision, innovation, and quality. Our client operates a state-of-the-art facility with cutting-edge 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC equipment and is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their growing team.

Pay Rate Depending on Experience - $70-80k
What You’ll Do
-
Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex aerospace components.

Read and interpret process travelers, setup sheets, and blueprints to ensure parts meet precise specifications.

Make tooling and offset adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and top quality.

Inspect parts using micrometers, indicators, height stands, and other precision measuring tools.

Perform routine maintenance (TPM) and keep work area clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate and problem-solve with engineering and production teams to improve setups and reduce cycle times.

Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.
What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, ideally in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of G-code, setup, and machining processes.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical/vocational training or certification in machining is a plus (but equivalent experience will be considered).
