As CEO, you will be responsible for shaping long-term strategy, strengthening operations, and expanding our market footprint while preserving the heritage and artisanal quality that defines the company. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Define and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with our core values and market opportunities
- Oversee operations, manufacturing, and P&L to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Lead product innovation while honoring the legacy of hand-built quality and sound
- Cultivate global business development through dealer networks, partnerships, and brand representation
- Champion a culture of craftsmanship, operational excellence, and team collaboration
- Provide leadership and oversight to a seasoned management team and a dedicated staff of 30 employees
- Responsible for all aspects of the Company's operations and report directly to the owner
- 10+ years of senior executive experience with both strategic and operational leadership
- Proven success in growing niche or luxury product brands, ideally in consumer electronics or professional equipment
- Strong financial acumen and experience leading vertically integrated manufacturing businesses
- Exceptional communicator and brand steward
- Passion for music, craftsmanship, and technology
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Lead one of the most respected and recognizable names in professional audio
