Job Description

Our client is a small local insurance company. They insure airplanes, helicopters, drones, almost anything else that takes to the sky. They service both individuals and corporations. and pride themselves on providing trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable service to all of their customers. They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with some customer service skills to help with the phones as well.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate notes logging calls and information into the system.
  • Provide a greeting and support to any customers that walk in.
  • Handle inbound phone calls direct them to the right person and provide basic information to customers.
  • Occasionally take payments over the phone.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous office administrative experience.
  • Previous customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office.
  • Previous CRM software skills desired.

Pay Rate:
$19-$22 Hourly

Schedule:
Mon - Fri
8: 30 AM - 5: 00 PM
