Admin Assistant
Job Description
Our client is a roofing and siding company with a large team of about 115 employees. While large they have a great family orientated environment as they have been family owned and operated for 90 years! Their team is currently seeking a Service Department Assistant to join their Window/Door department. The department has about 5 employees but supports all divisions of their business so you'll be constantly working with others throughout the company.

8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (42.5 Hour work weeks)

- Working with customers who are purchasing or need service for windows and doors.
- Data entry + filing.
- Coordinating with customer and service rep when jobs will be scheduled and completed.
- Additional assistant type work as needed.
- Previous admin experience or recent graduate with strong computer skills and ability to learn in a very fast paced environment.
- salesforce, microsoft, and outlook exp is a plus
$17 Hourly
