Stockroom Specialist
Job Description

Pay Rate
$20 - $22 Hourly Rate
Position Summary:
Maintain and organize the stockroom, perform put-away and allocation transactions, pull parts for manufacturing orders, put away items in assigned locations. Perform cycle counts.

Position Summary:
Maintain and organize the stockroom, perform put-away and allocation transactions, pull parts for manufacturing orders, put away items in assigned locations. Perform cycle counts.
Responsibilities:
- Receive parts and maintain accurate inventory control
- Pull and issue kits to the floor per manufacturing orders
- Pull and issue parts to support requisitions
- Count inventory per Finance's cycle count lists
- Assemble kits per manufacturing orders
- Reconcile flush items counts
- Perform scrap transactions per Q.C. Notifications
- Take direction from Planners
- Notify Planners of items with expired dates
- Notify Planners of low inventory levels
- Transact parts per material tracking sheets
Skills/Qualifications:
- Problem solving/analysis
- Computer literacy
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Experience with MRP Systems, quality/continuous improvement, manufacturing safety practices and M.S. Office Applications
