Sales Administrative Assistant
Job Description

- 15 days PTO in year 1 once perm!
- Strong benefits and 401K plan.
- Ability to cross train in different areas and truly grow within the company.
- Creates new companies (customers) in enters data in our manufacturing system
- Maintains spreadsheets & charts for new companies, new parts and updates metrics monthly
- Generates monthly sales reports and distributes
- Assists with trade show prep
- Data hygiene of our company data in our manufacturing system
- Assists our customers with lunch and refreshments.
- High School diploma or demonstration of equivalent skills.
- Previous office/admin experience.
- Knowledge of business English, punctuation, arithmetic, and spelling: modern office practices and procedures.
- Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills - create spreadsheets/charts, formulate, and format.
- Ability to answer telephones in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Proficient in performing research on the web.
