Press Brake Operators
Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer that stamps parts for medical, electronics and auto industries. They have been in business since 1965, with over 40 employees. They are seeking junior level candidates with solid work tenures willing to learn and grown as a Press Break Operator. They offer a great work environment and you will be working alongside roughly 10 other press brake operators.

Selling Points:
- Business is growing, job security is strong.
- Freedom to work at your machine, won't be micro managed.
- Opportunity for 5+ hrs OT per week, if desired.
- Once perm, Medical benefits, profit sharing retirement plan, PTO.
- Individually operating a press brake machine to manufacture brake shim's.
- When machine's are down will be responsible for other miscellaneous duties, including some basic assembly work.
- Once familiar with the machine should be able to produce 4, 000 pieces per hour.
Qualifications:
- Previous press or operation/manufacturing experience required.
- Basic math skills is needed, understanding of order of operations (PEMDAS).
- Previous proven work success and strong tenure.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
