Legal Admin
Job Description
Our client is a global packaging company. They have over 5, 000 employees worldwide! They are seeking a Legal Admin to join their small headquarters in the Stamford area. The office has roughly 20 employees and is looking for someone with some experience working in an administrative or legal environment. The office hardly has any turnover as the majority of employees remain long term and really love the work environment.

Schedule:
3 Days Per Week In Office (some flexibility on this)
9: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM

- Answering phones and keeping calendars organized.
- Proofread and filing of forms 10K, 10Q, and 8Q.
- Assist in the preparation & production of the companies annual report.
- Communicate with Silgan professionals across the world to exchange relevant information and documents.
- Experience in an administrative environment.
- Strong software experience and computer skills.
- Word, PDF, Adobe, Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience in a legal background is a plus but not required.
