Job Description

Our Client is a small personal injury and civil litigation law firm with just 3 team members! You'll have the opportunity to directly support one of the firms partners. They are seeking a candidate to be in the office 4 days a week for a 30 hour work week, and support with legal administrative tasks!

Responsibilities:
  • Client and vendor communication, handling phone calls and emails.
  • Working with insurance companies, medical providers and police departments to obtain documents for the cases.
  • Ordering, collecting, and filing records.
  • Assisting with billing.
  • Preparing trial and medical notebooks.
  • Sending out requests with a lot of follow up.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in personal injury.
  • Detail orientated.
  • A nursing background would be a plus!
  • Comfortable communicating on the phones.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, etc.
Pay Rate:
$25 - $27 Hourly

Schedule:
Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri
30 hour work week
9: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
