CNC Machine Op Level I
Job Description
If you have previously worked in Manufacturing operating CNC Machines APPLY RIGHT NOW and we'll call! 5 minute drive from Bristol! Growing business, state of the art facility, clean environment, STRONG PAY! STRONG GROWTH OPPORTUNITY!
Pay Rate:
$18 - $20 Hourly

- 15 days PTO in year 1 once perm!

- Ability to cross train in different areas and truly grow within the company.
- Working on a variety of CNC machines primarily CNC Mill machines.
- Can be assigned to work in a "CNC Cell Configuration”multiple machines.
- Responsible for "in process”component inspection both visual and dimensional using specialty gages as designed for product lines in production and standard measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, optical comparator, CMM)
- Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements
- Able to "trouble shoot”part and machine deviation issues (problems)
- Maintains production records
- Required to make off sets to maintain product acceptance
- Required to change tooling at prescribed intervals/counts
- Ability to read and understand CNC G & M codes
- Ability to make minor program changes/revisions under the direction of supervision
- Previous CNC Mill experience.
- Able to life 35 pounds unassisted.
- Physical dexterity to move products as needed.
