Attorney - Transactions
Job Description
Our client is a small law firm located in Manchester with about 5 active attorneys and 20 people all together. They focus on Mergers & Acquisitions plus commercial real estate and are looking for an attorney with a few years of experience in one of those areas. They provide a very good work life balance and a small family orientated team environment.

- Working in M&A and commercial real estate cases.
- Managing their own cases plus supporting other attorneys as needed.
- 3 years experience working as an attorney in M&A or Commercial Real Estate.
- Software experience includes Microsoft 365, Soluno, Cadac, Adobe, First American.
