Pay Rate:
$28 - $36 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the company's general ledger accounts and keeps records on company transactions and assets.
- Enters standard and non-standard journal entries
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts via monthly reconciliations to supporting details.
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory value through analysis and monitoring of inventory transactions and balancing details to the G/L on a daily/monthly basis.
- Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting of the business (within five business days of month-end).
- Processes supplier invoices following a three-way and two way match within our ERP system.
- Reviews and distributes mail within the department.
- Applies customer cash receipts against open invoices within our ERP system investigating variances that occur.
- Maintaining the cash receipts log, customer billing, etc.
- Interface with external auditors, financial, insurance, tax, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or demonstration of equivalent skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting softwares and computer systems.
